At Astro Ishaara, we value our users and strive to provide the best spiritual guidance and astrological services. Please read our refund and cancellation rules carefully before booking any consultation or adding money to your wallet.
Users can cancel a booked consultation (chat, audio call, video call) or online puja service before the scheduled time or before the astrologer initiates the session. If the service has not been provided, you are eligible to request a cancellation and refund.
If you have added money to your wallet or made a direct payment and wish to cancel your unfulfilled booking, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction date. Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5-7 business days after the request is approved.
Once a consultation, chat session, call, or puja has been successfully completed by Astrologer Dip Das, no money will be refunded under any circumstances. Astrological advice is a digital service and time-based consultation, which cannot be returned or undone once delivered.
If a payment is deducted from your bank account but not added to your Astro Ishaara wallet due to technical or network issues, the amount will typically be auto-refunded by your bank within 3-5 business days. If the issue persists, you can contact our support team with your payment transaction ID.
