We never share your personal data with anyone. We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information, consultation history, or media with any third-party advertising or marketing agencies. Your consultations are strictly confidential between you and the astrologer.

4. User Control & App Permissions

To facilitate audio and video consultations, our app may request certain hardware permissions. We respect your choices, and granting these permissions is entirely up to you.

• Camera & Microphone: Requested strictly for facilitating live Video and Audio consultations. You can choose to allow or deny these permissions at any time. If you deny them, you can still seamlessly use our Live Text Chat feature.
• Internet & Network Access: Required for the app to function and connect to our secure servers.
• Notification Access: Used to send appointment alerts and reminders.

5. Data Deletion Guarantee

You have full ownership of your data. If you wish to stop using our services, you can request a complete deletion of your account at any time. Upon your request, we will permanently delete all your personal data, consultation history, and media from our active systems. Simply email us at info@astroishaara.com with your request, and it will be processed promptly.

We use trusted, industry-standard third-party services strictly to operate our platform securely:

• Firebase: Backend infrastructure, secure database, and OTP verification.
• ZegoCloud API: Encrypted and secure video and audio call routing.
• Razorpay: Bank-level secure payment processing.

We implement strict technical and administrative security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are securely processed via Razorpay. If a paid appointment is not completed successfully due to technical issues or service unavailability on our end, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests can be submitted via email at info@astroishaara.com.

Our services are intended for individuals above 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
